    Machine distribution vertical ERP

Industry ERP for new and used machine distribution — inventory, deals, quotes, contracts, and sales in one flow.

    Problem

New/used machine distribution work was scattered across spreadsheets, chat, and phone, so inventory, deals, quotes, and contracts never lived in one pipeline.

    What we did

We designed and built a vertical ERP for machine distribution and operate web, back office, and a mobile sales app together.

    Key capabilities

    • Inventory (listings) management
    • Deal / sales pipeline
    • Quote management
    • Contract management
    • Sales mobile app
    • Back office and lead-site integration

    Import custom machine quoting system

Software that handles complex custom-machine option orders with language, option pricing, and FX — and improves customer margin visibility.

    Problem

Import custom machines have many option combinations; multilingual pricing and FX made quoting and orders slow and margins unstable.

    What we did

We put options, prices, FX, and languages into a system so quoting and orders are standardized. Complex configs close faster, with margins visible.

    Key capabilities

    • Custom option configuration · orders
    • Per-option pricing
    • Multilingual support
    • FX-aware pricing
    • Quote generation · management
    • Margin visibility
  • Field service · settlementIn production

    Repair service operations system

Repair-service ops software that structures technician and customer history, payments, settlement, tax invoices, and receivables for clearer cash flow.

    Problem

Repair and field history was scattered by technician and customer; payments, settlement, tax invoices, and receivables lived apart — cash flow was opaque.

    What we did

We unified history by technician and customer, and attached payments, settlement, tax invoices, and receivables tracking to the workflow.

    Key capabilities

    • Per-technician history
    • Per-customer history
    • Payments · settlement
    • Tax invoice issuance
    • Receivables tracking
    • Cash-flow visibility

    Law firm vertical ERP

Law-firm ERP that unifies case numbers, hearing dates, records, notices, and client management to raise operating efficiency.

    Problem

Missed hearing checks, scattered case records, manual litigation-result notices, and access/client continuity issues around hire/leave stacked operational risk.

    What we did

We design, build, and run a vertical ERP for law firms — court case-search integration, record/notice automation, and access/client management in one flow.

    Key capabilities

    • Court case-search sync · hearing dates to Google Calendar
    • Unlimited case-linked records (object storage)
    • Litigation-result notices via SMS, email, KakaoTalk + history
    • Staff access control (join / leave)
    • Client and owner management with continuity
    • Send alerts, cross-checks, routine ops

What vertical ERP means

ERP shaped to one industry’s workflow

Not a generic ERP tailored after the fact — systems designed from that industry’s real work (inventory, deals, quotes, contracts, sales, settlement). Machine distribution, import custom quoting, repair service, law firms — each gets a different flow.
